I have worked with Faye to sell a house (2009) and buy as house (2012), and she was great to work with both times.
For the sell, she quickly matched a buyer, as well as providing me guidance on how to prep the house for sale.
When I re-entered the market to buy I started working with another local realtor, and after spending nine months spinning my wheels, I gave Faye a call and described the type of home I was looking for. Within days we were seeing properties matching my preferences. I think we looked at five houses in quick succession and ultimately I bid on and bought the first one. Faye was there step by step getting me through the mortgage process which was much more complex than the first time I bought a home.

We started searching for homes without a realtor and came across Faye by chance. She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. She would point out characteristics about different houses and neighborhoods that we would not have picked up on without her guidance. We even asked her for recommendations for a mortgage loan originator and home inspector, both of whom were great. Faye couldn't have done a better job in assisting us with buying our home.

Faye was great to work with. She knew the areas very well and even got to know houses that most likely wouldn't suit us, saving us time. She was very patient throughout the process and was willing to meet us anytime or anywhere to get offers submitted in time. She helped get what we wanted for our house within 4 days of listing! We'd definitely work with her again (but hopefully we won't need to :).
